Since time and money are important to us at Gen Z Jewels, we go above and beyond to make sure that our customers receive their purchases in top condition and within the allotted time frame. We have teamed up with some of the top logistics and courier businesses to accomplish this, including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Trackon, DTDC, Kerry Indev, and Ecom Express.

We provide a range of delivery choices. Occasionally, our inventory may be managed by a third-party supplier, who will also handle the shipping of your items. We provide a range of delivery choices. Delivery Timeline: Although the exact delivery time will depend on the customer's delivery address, three to seven working days is a good range to aim for. Delivery times for Tier 1 cities and metro areas can range from 3 to 7 working days, while rural areas and Tier 2 and 3 cities may require 6 to 10 working days. Delivery times vary by location and can take two to three days. Tracking information will be sent to one's email.

  • Shipping within India: When you add ₹499 or more to your cart, shipping is free. Alternatively, if the cart value is less than ₹499, a flat SHIPPING FEE of ₹50 will be charged. There is no refund for this shipping charge.

If the customer would like to change their order after it has been confirmed, they should email us with the ORDER NO.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped, so please be aware of this.
