Refund Policy
Returns
This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Gen Z Jewels, so please read it carefully. You are not permitted to order from us or buy our products if you do not agree to this Policy in its entirety. When you place an order with us, click a button, or take any other action that indicates that you agree to this Policy, you hereby represent that:
- This Policy, our Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Shipment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, as well as any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be communicated to you, have been read, understood, and you agree to be bound by them.
- To enter into a legally binding contract with us, you must be of sound mind and at least the minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you currently reside. If, according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live, you are not of majority age, you must obtain authorization from your legal guardian in order to place an order or make purchases on the Website.
- Your account cannot have previously been disabled by us due to a legal or policy infraction.
Exchanges
We also offer the option to exchange your product for the same item or any other from our store if your order is damaged, defective, or doesn't fit you.
We also offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping
We will only set up the return pickup at the address where it was first delivered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. It needs to be in its original packaging as well. Free items also need to be returned by you.
Refunds
Within a maximum of seven days following the date Gen Z jewels receives the returned items, your refund will be processed after your return is received and examined in our warehouse. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
For prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the original payment method once your refund has been processed, provided everything is in order. We will need to know the details of your bank account in order to credit the refund amount for orders paid for with cash on delivery.
If an order is paid for in advance via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the money will be returned to the original payment account within ten business days.
Please be aware that shipping fees, if any, and cash-on-delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Note:
- Please notify us as soon as possible—within 48 hours of receiving the order—of any defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered orders, along with a video of the package being unpacked.
- When a customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup only includes some of those items, the company has the right to deduct from the refund amount an amount up to the full MRP(Maximum retail price) of the missing product. This is known as missing items in return orders. This will cover promotional goods, such as free gifts but not only that.
- We ask that you be available for the reverse pick-up and take calls from the delivery partner as soon as you schedule the return request. The delivery partner reserves the right to cancel the reverse pick-up if you are not available or are unable to answer the calls. The procedure will need to be started over in each of these situations, adding to the overall time frame.
- Please be aware that although the majority of pin codes can be used both forward and backward, there are very rare instances in which a pin code can only be used forward and not backward. In any of these situations, we reserve the right to ask you to return the item by another courier service, like India Post, and to reimburse you for all appropriate shipping expenses (up to Rs 50) incurred by you for processing such returns.
- If the charges are more than Rs. 50, the customer's refund will be deducted from all additional charges (such as return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.). The customer bears the responsibility of returning products to our warehouse if the pin codes are not serviceable. They will receive a refund of Rs. 50 towards shipping charges.
- Within 48 hours of the package being delivered, please contact our customer support team for assistance if, in the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product. To proceed with the request, we will need a 360-degree video of the package being unpacked. Please be aware that your claim might not be accepted if there is insufficient proof or obvious indications that the packet has been tampered with. The brand retains the right to make the ultimate decision in any of these situations.
- A combo or gift box containing a single SKU cannot be exchanged or returned.
Goods acquired during a special promotion, competition, clearance, or other special program are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
